What is nth Derivative?
Higher-order derivatives apply differentiation repeatedly: the second derivative is the derivative of the first, the third of the second, and so on. They matter in physics (position, velocity, acceleration, jerk) and in the Taylor series, whose coefficients are successive derivatives.
How it works
The order is applied by calling the symbolic derivative engine n times, so each step is exact and a polynomial of degree d reaches zero at order d + 1 as it should. The order is capped so an accidental large number cannot lock the page.
