What is Sample?

A random row sampler: specify how many rows you want, optionally with a seed, and get a subset back with headers intact.

How it works

Rows are shuffled with a seeded PRNG and the first N are returned, so the sample is reproducible for a given seed.

2. Review the result. Output updates live as you type. Everything runs entirely in your browser.

Common mistakes

Sample bias

Grabbing the first N rows biases toward whatever sorted first. Random sampling avoids that; stratified options go further.
