Meta Title Length Checker
Check a meta title's length and see how it truncates in a Google-style preview.
What is Title Check?
Google truncates titles that run wider than roughly 600px in the results, so a title that fits neatly in a browser tab can still be cut off in the search page. This checker counts the characters and renders the title in a Google-style preview box that clips at the same width, so the cut is visible before you publish.
How it works
We count the characters and flag the title as too short below 30, optimal between 30 and 60, and likely to be truncated above 60. The preview box is rendered at Google's 600px clip width, so a title that overflows it is one Google will cut.
