What is Triangle Height?
A triangle's height (altitude) is the perpendicular distance from a vertex to the opposite base. Its area is ½ × base × height, so the height can be recovered from either the area or the sides.
How it works
From the area we use h = 2A / b; from two sides and the included angle C we use h = b·sin(C). The formula used is reported with the result.
