What is Gzip String?
Gzip is the most common HTTP compression algorithm. This tool lets you test compression ratios on arbitrary text using the browser CompressionStreams API.
How it works
We use CompressionStream and DecompressionStream to compress/decompress, showing before and after byte counts.
